Welcome Home

New to PIPC? New to church? No problem.

New Here?

We know visiting a new church can be intimidating, but we want you to feel right at home when you visit us.

See below to find out what you can expect when visiting Pawleys Island Presbyterian Church.

From the second you step through the doors, you’ll be welcomed by people who are genuinely excited to see you. Sunday church services are designed to be enjoyable and worshipful, not drab and tedious. Every Sunday, we offer a Bible-based message that is engaging and relevant for our lives today. It’s a friendly environment where everyone is welcome.

Yes. Our sermons are streamed live every Sunday at 9:30am on Facebook. (Broadcast times may vary somewhat depending on what the Holy Spirit has in store for the tech team during the service.)

We love to worship God through live music and songs of praise. We tend to sing hymns along with a beautiful piano or organ accompaniment.

We gather every Sunday at 9:30am and 10:45am.

About 45 minutes. Feel free to stay after service to connect and spend time with friends!

We want you to wear whatever you’re comfortable in. For some, that means a track suit, for others, a sport coat or a dress. We want you to feel at ease and worship well in whatever you choose to wear.

There is plenty of space in our parking lot. Overflow parking is available near the youth building. See campus map for details.

Yes! We have a wonderful nursery for children ages 0-4 years and an energetic Children’s Church for kids K-4th grade during our regular Sunday church services.

Yes! There are lots of opportunities to serve others! Check out our Next Steps to find a good fit!

PIPC is a Presbyterian church and a member of PCUSA, which has more than 9,000 churches worldwide. We are connected with Christian organizations worldwide!

A statement of belief can be found on our about us page.

In 1947, “The Presbyterian Chapel” began meeting in homes, then in a Quonset hut chapel. We have been worshiping God and serving in this community ever since!

Giving is easy and much appreciated! Click here to donate to PIPC.

There are lots of ways to meet new people at PIPC! You can join a Bible Study, check out our events for opportunities to get involved, or come along this Sunday and stop by our Welcome Desk to say hi. We’d love to meet you!

For learning about who Jesus is, the Bible remains the most definitive and detailed source. In it we find eyewitness accounts that tells us the stories of Jesus’ works, teachings, and testify to his character. The Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) are great places to start as you begin to explore and discover who Jesus is.
